Grace Ministry, Bro Andrew Richard and team distributed free "Food-Kits" in Valachil and Adyar Padav, Mangalore to the poor and needy amidst coronavirus lockdown.
The lockdown in India, meant to curb the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, has become a quest for survival for many. The nationwide curfew has rendered millions of people jobless, homeless, and without food. The health crisis and the ensuing economic fallout has especially scourged daily wage workers and migrant labourers. Several projects are being undertaken to cater to the essential needs of the underprivileged and the extremely disadvantaged in these times.
To ensure the survival of the daily-wage workers and earners, the government is making its efforts in many ways, and one such attempt is being made by Grace Ministry too. The organisation held a distribution camp of essential groceries and food-kits and kids pack to many poor and needy people at Adyar Padav and Valachil, Mangalore. The people stood in designated areas marked to maintain government-imposed social distancing during the national lockdown and also wore health masks to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
Sincere thanks to the Grace Ministry volunteers and donors who are string hard in reaching the food kits to the neddy homes. Also, collection centre has been opened by Grace Ministry at Adyar Padav and valachil where you can drop in required grocery items which later will be distributed to those homes that are encountering difficulties.
