Daily Devotion - JESUS: The foundation of our Life

To GOD our Savior, who alone is wise, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen. Jude 1:25.

The bible talks about many men and women who understood the greatness of the GOD they served. It was because of this understanding and knowledge of GOD that they possessed that led them to make a mark in the history of a nation. When Moses said the words of GOD “Be still and know that I am GOD” He knew his GOD is powerful and HE is the great I AM. When Ruth made a statement saying, “ Your GOD will be my GOD and Your people, my people” She knew that the GOD of Israel, and the GOD of the Bible, will sustain her and renew her life.

Our GOD is glorious, Majestic, He is the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, and we ought to understand this position of GOD. we are to revere HIM in the friendship that HE has offered us. GOD is not to be taken for granted or lightly. Everything concerning HIM is HOLY.

When we understand HIS position in our life, the storms of trouble will not shake us, a load of pain and financial burdens won’t push us down. The challenges of life will become an opening of opportunity when CHRIST JESUS has assumed the position of GOD and SAVIOUR of our life. Do not be moved, for GOD JESUS is with us, though the path may be thorny, HE won’t let our feet fail.
