Daily Devotion - Call GOD

Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.  Jeremiah 33:3

GOD revealed this promise to prophet Jeremiah when he was locked up in prison when Isreal was desolate and was in desperate need of help. We often think GOD keeps HIS promise when we do everything right and are perfect in every way, but we forget the fact that HIS Grace cannot be earned, it is given by HIM as a favor and gift. Even though prophet Jeremiah was in prison for no mistake on his part, Israel had moved away from GOD, but GOD was being merciful despite all the sins that Israel had committed against the Lord, He promised to give them health and healing and is instructing them through the prophet to call on HIS name.

Today, you might be going through a phase of testing and tribulation in your life, maybe you are praying for your health, or family, or finances, or career, remember GOD wants to help you and HE wants you to call on HIS Name. When you call on HIS name for help and guidance, believe that HE Will answer you and will show you great and mighty things that you don’t know. He will enlighten you and prepare you for all the challenges that lie ahead of you.
