Did you know my brothers and sisters in Christ that the mercy of God is new every morning? This simply means that He blesses us with new mercies every single day.

In the above Psalm, King David is doing what he does best, praising God for His goodness and thanking Him for His unfailing mercies which have been promised to us –His people forever.

It is a reminder to us all that the Lord in heaven is gracious, forgiving and abound in mercy.

In this day and age when we are all living in the midst of uncertainties, it is so heartening to be reminded of God`s goodness and faithfulness.  God`s goodness and mercies are everlasting. The God of the holy bible is an embodiment of love and forgiveness.  How can anyone not fall in love with this awesome God who is so steadfast and faithful?

Let us therefore make a commitment to ourselves today that no matter how our life turns out we will never cease to give Him praise and thank Him for all His copious blessings and countless mercies. For He is worthy to be praised and glorified.
