And we have known and believed the love that God has for us.  God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. I John 4:16

God is love. Whenever we think of God, we got to think that He is a loving God.  He loves us all. He loves sinners but not their sins. God hates sin. That is why the scriptures say that God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.  God wanted His people saved and that is why He came down to the earth from heaven above.  This is love!  His love is demonstrated in His very act, dying for our sins.

We know and we believe the love that God has for us.  He is a tender and a compassionate God.  God wants us all to go to heaven.  He bridged the gap between man and God by His cross.  To everyone who accepted Him, He gave them the authority to be called as His children.  God wants us to abide in love.  He wants us to stay or remain in love.  By doing so, we show that we are abiding in God and God abiding with us.  Let us make a difference in the world that we live.  God’s people should always be people who love others with a godly love just like how God loved us and gave us His life.  Love should be something that comes from within.  This kind of love can change or transform any kind of person.

Win people to God through love. Never lose someone with an argument but win them through the love of God shed abroad in your heart, the abiding kind of love. Ask God to give you grace to love people in your lives just as God would.
